1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Vox Populi. By downloading or using our app, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

2. CODE OF CONDUCT (The Policy Arena)

• Post hate speech, bullying, or abusive comments.
• Share personal information (like your home address) in public comments.
• Spam the platform to "farm" Civic Credits.
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the app.

Violation: We operate a "Two-Strike" policy.
Strike 1: Warning and temporary suspension of commenting.
Strike 2: Permanent ban.

3. CIVIC CREDITS & REWARDS

• No Cash Value: Civic Credits are virtual points. They have no real-world cash value until redeemed.
• Redemption: Vouchers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change the reward store items at any time.
• Fraud: If we suspect you used bots or scripts to earn credits, we will wipe your balance and ban your account.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Our Content: The quizzes, "Are You Smarter Than a Politician?" content, and logos belong to Vox Populi CIC. You cannot copy or sell them.
• Your Content: You own the comments you post, but you give us permission to use them (anonymously) for our research reports.

5. LIABILITY

• We try to keep the app working 24/7, but we cannot guarantee it will never break.
• We are not responsible for the actions of other users, though we moderate the platform proactively.

6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We can delete your account at any time if you break these rules.
